Role Summary:

Role Summary:

  • Assist with client communications, ensuring timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain sales documentation and CRM data for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing detailed product/service information and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
